Full Time LMFT - Remote position

Family Guidance & Pediatric Centers, located in Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our vibrant team. This remote position allows for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. Our virtual setting includes access to various telehealth tools and platforms, facilitating seamless communication with clients and the opportunity for collaborative care with colleagues in real time.

Create individualized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and goals of fiecare client, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.

Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and enhance treatment outcomes.

Advocate for the needs and rights of clients, especially those from marginalized groups such as homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of domestic violence.

We serve diverse populations, including those who may be experiencing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills to navigate administrative tasks and manage a diverse client caseload efficiently.

Experience in a community health setting or working with marginalized populations.
