As a Nursing Aide , you'll provide hands-on support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment.

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating

Pass medications and support residents according to their individual care needs after required training

Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate team members

Provide compassionate support to residents living with dementia and memory-related conditions

Assist with mobility, activities, and maintaining resident safety

Help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming living spaces

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members

Document care using computers, iPads, and electronic charting systems

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Ability to complete required annual in-service education and training requirements

Comfortable using technology, including electronic resident charting systems
