What you’ll do:

Providing day‑to‑day case management for children on the autism spectrum

Completing initial intake and updating assessments using specific assessment tools

Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child

Providing treatment based on your recommendation and clinical best practice for your clients

Providing family support and training

Leading and educating your dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists

Collaborating with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities

Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload

In‑home, school, and clinic environments available

What you’ll bring:

Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Arizona LBA (or the ability to obtain)

Current Fingerprint Clearance Card (or the ability to obtain)

Current CPR/BLS Certification (or the ability to obtain)

Ability to pass a background check and abuse registry check

The drive to help others, both the families and staff we serve

A passion for working with children with ASD and specifically the underserved populations we are dedicated to helping
