Delivery Dispatcher/Customer Service

Hiring a Delivery Service Dispatcher in Stuart, FL! The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and service of CO2 tanks. This position involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. The comprehensive training program includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

Log calls and create service tickets.

• Schedule and dispatch service personnel.
• Assist with billing disputes and gas refills.
• Address equipment safety issues.

Proficiency in customer service.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform manual order entry.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• The position is located onsite in Stuart, FL, in an air-conditioned office setting. Training is scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, for three weeks in a classroom setting. There are opportunities for career advancement and potential to move to first shift after full-time hire. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.
