Corporate Transactional Attorney
Location: Cayuga County, NY (Relocation Required)
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 for Entry-Level Attorneys | $101,000 for Experienced Attorneys
Are you a newly minted or experienced attorney with a passion for corporate law? Our client is seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its team in Cayuga County, NY.
Draft and review a variety of contracts, including master service agreements, IT service agreements, and maintenance agreements.
- Provide legal counsel during business meetings to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and contractual needs.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Willingness to relocate to Cayuga County, NY.
