Directs daily activities, work-flow, and nursing resources across specialized units, ensuring high standards of patient care and peak satisfaction among associates, patients, and physicians.
Develops and maintains quality monitoring systems, policies, and procedural frameworks to guarantee seamless service delivery while maintaining full compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Manages unit budgets, overseeing expenditures, purchases, and resource allocation to consistently adhere to financial guidelines and operational benchmarks.
Leads talent management including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and team development while proactively identifying and resolving operational issues to optimize patient care delivery.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
