Shift Time: 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM
Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Estimated Pay: Up to $2,770/week (Blended)

Position Overview
Crest Nursing Home, LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) for an evening shift position in a Long Term Care setting. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff.
Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and CNAs.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with facility policies.
Respond to changes in resident health conditions promptly.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of Montana or Compact License).
Minimum 1 year of LTC / Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
BLS Certification required.
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
