We are seeking a dedicated and experienced remote HR Manager to join our expanding team at AgileGrid Solutions. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to influence our organizational culture and talent strategy by attracting, supporting, and developing top talent across the Caribbean region. The HR Manager will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless integration process. They will conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support employee growth initiatives. Additionally, this role involves managing payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws for our remote workforce. The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee relations, and implementing training programs to enhance skills and engagement. Maintaining accurate HR records, managing HRIS systems, and staying updated on employment legislation are essential components of this position. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of four years of professional experience in human resources, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, best practices, and compliance standards. The candidate should have strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Familiarity with Caribbean labor laws and employment regulations is highly advantageous, ensuring HR practices are compliant and culturally appropriate. Experience with HRIS systems, payroll administration, and benefits management is preferred. A proactive approach to employee engagement, talent development, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture is essential. A demonstrated ability to adapt to a remote working environment and leverage digital tools for HR management will be considered a significant asset.

Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth and effective integration.

Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate employee development and organizational growth.

Administer payroll, benefits, and ensure compliance with local employment laws for remote staff across the Caribbean region.
