First Coast Heart & Vascular is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing cardiology team in St. The role includes a mix of outpatient clinic care and limited hospital responsibilities, providing exposure to a broad range of cardiovascular conditions and treatment plans. New graduates with a strong interest in cardiology are encouraged to apply.
Work closely with Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, and General Cardiology specialists
Mix of outpatient clinic and hospital-based cardiology care
Collaborative, physician-led practice environment
Structured mentorship and support from experienced providers
Career growth opportunities within the CVAUSA network
Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including EKGs, imaging studies, stress testing, and laboratory results
Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and referring providers
Participate in weekend hospital rounding and consult coverage as part of a shared rotation
Provide remote weekday evening call coverage and coordinate patient handoff as needed
Monday–Friday outpatient clinic schedule
Shared weekend hospital call rotation with another APP
Remote weekday call coverage from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Monday off following weekend call coverage

Cardiology experience is preferred but not required
New graduates with a strong interest in cardiovascular medicine are encouraged to apply
