Human Resources Rep - Recruitment

Human Resources Generalist Pay Rate: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm

Ready to make an impact in HR? We’re looking for a temp-hire HR Generalist who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being involved in all areas of Human Resources.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted resource for employees and managers while gaining hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, attendance, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement.

Lead and support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.

Coordinate new-hire orientation and ensure employment documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, attendance, payroll-related questions, and HR procedures.

Partner with supervisors and managers on employee relations, attendance concerns, performance documentation, and disciplinary processes.

Process employee changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations.

Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records.

Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, employee communications, letters, and other HR documentation.

Assist with training, employee engagement initiatives, recruiting events, and special HR projects.

Help ensure HR practices and documentation align with company policies and applicable requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to projects that make the employee experience better.

2–4 years of Human Resources experience.

• Experience supporting multiple areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with an HRIS or payroll system preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus
