This is a temporary contract assignment. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday and 7:00am - 3:30pm
OT: Overtime possible in certain situations
Serve meals for 80+ (breakfast), 90+ (lunch), 80+ (dinner), and 3 daily snacks per youth
Pull meats from freezer and prep food
Stock supplies and manage inventory
Clean kitchen and perform temperature checks
Prepare special diet meals as needed
