Focus on quality care without the productivity pressures of a clinic

Help patients achieve their goals in the environment where they are most comfortable—their home

Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

Assess mobility, strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and safety risks

Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, and other evidence-based interventions

Collaborate with nurses and other clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary care team

Document patient care using a user-friendly electronic medical record system

Active and current license to practice as a professional Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of NJ.

Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required.

Ability to travel to cases as assigned

The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability .
