Position Summary As a Full-Time Float CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to clients across Henry, Fulton, Rockdale, and Coweta counties. You’ll be responsible for providing compassionate, individualized care while helping clients maintain their independence and dignity.
Providing mobility support, including transfers and ambulation assistance.

• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
• Traveling to various client locations across Henry, Fulton, Rockdale, and Coweta counties.

Willingness to travel to client locations across multiple counties.
