As a Finishing Operator, you will be integral to the production of high-precision orthopedic implants. Your role will involve applying mirror and matte surface finishes to meet stringent regulatory standards and customer expectations. Your manual dexterity and keen eye for detail will ensure each product's surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and craftsmanship are top-notch.
Weekly pay starting at $30.75/hr

Inspect finished products for surface quality, adherence to specifications, and defect detection using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Maintain accurate documentation of work and quality checks in compliance with SOPs
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year experience polishing orthopedic implants or precision metal components in a regulated medical device or manufacturing setting
Proficiency with inspection tools and proper documentation practices
Ability to work reliably on 2nd or 3rd shift, with the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
Dedication to safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs

Pay Details: $30.75 per hour
