Donor Care Specialist Description:
As a Donor Care Specialist , you will engage with donors through meaningful, authentic phone conversations, ensuring every donor feels valued and informed. This role supports a diverse portfolio of nonprofit organizations across higher education, healthcare, human services, animal welfare, veteran services, and faith-based initiatives. Your work will directly strengthen relationships and help make every donor a champion of the causes we serve.

Engage donors and prospects authentically in telephone conversations, emails, and notes
Collect stories and conduct surveys for our partner organizations
Maintain high-touch professional care of donors, while maintaining 60 dials per hour
Constant change while in the process of building and developing the StoryCause brand
Poise: Patient, unshaken by change, confident in your training
Listen to the donors and address issues immediately

Must be able to work a shift within the hours of 9:00 am CST - 8:00 pm CST (M-F)
