Join a well-established, multi-office pediatric dental and orthodontic group serving Phoenix’s West Valley. We are seeking an Orthodontist to step into a thriving orthodontic program with an established patient base, built-in referrals, and experienced clinical support .
An immediate start is preferred, but we are flexible for the right candidate. A transition period with the current orthodontist is available to help ensure a smooth handoff and continuity of patient care.

1,500–$1,800 guaranteed daily rate , based on experience

• Transition to a percentage of collections, whichever is greater , as the program grows
• One office per day
• No evenings or weekends
• Built-in referrals from board-certified pediatric dentists

Full front-office and administrative support
Smooth transition with the current orthodontist
Opportunity to help grow an established orthodontic program
Perform orthodontic consultations and treatment planning
Collaborate with board-certified pediatric dentists to coordinate patient care
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Arizona dental license or eligibility with licensure in progress
Commitment to high-quality patient care
