As a Registered Dietitian, you'll play a key role in supporting resident health, recovery, and quality of life through personalized nutrition care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans
Monitor residents' nutritional needs and progress
Collaborate with nurses, therapy staff, providers, and dietary services
Support compliance with nutrition and regulatory standards
Provide nutrition education and guidance to staff and residents
Help improve resident health, wellness, and quality outcomes
Registered Dietitian credential
Clinical nutrition experience preferred
Knowledge of long-term care or rehabilitation settings
Passion for improving resident health and well-being
