This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys handling sophisticated matters, and is looking to build a long-term career with a collaborative firm.Responsibilities-Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.-Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.-Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.-Negotiate settlements and advise clients on litigation risks and business objectives.-Maintain regular communication with clients while providing practical legal guidance.-Stay current on Florida statutes, case law, and procedural developments.D. from an accredited law school.-3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.-Experience handling commercial litigation, business disputes, professional liability, insurance defense, construction litigation, or general civil litigation is highly desirable.-Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.Performance-based bonus opportunities.-Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.-Paid vacation, holidays, and personal time.-Continuing Legal Education (CLE) reimbursement.-Florida Bar dues and professional membership reimbursement.-
