Full Time Hospice RN
American Addiction Centers
Advocate Health seeks a registered nurse to manage a patient caseload in home settings across Waxhaw and Southwest Union County, with a home office in Monroe. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, coordinate a multidisciplinary team, and document care in the EMR while following MD orders and state regulations.
This full-time role requires driving to patients, may include after-hours rotation, 40 hours per week, with sign-on bonus and referral rewards for internal teammates.
