Host/ToGo/Expo- Job Responsibil ities

• Greet guests warmly and promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage and oversee the seating arrangement to optimize table turnover and minimize wait times.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front area and host stand.
• Coordinate take-out orders, ensuring accurate and efficient packaging and delivery to guests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order details and modifications.
• Expedite food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist in managing the flow of service by coordinating with servers and kitchen staff.
• Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone and in-person.
• Monitor and manage the waitlist during peak hours.
• Address guest complaints or requests efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure all to-go orders are complete and include necessary utensils, condiments, and napkins.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and tact.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
