Registered Nurse for a Level II Trauma Center

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Level II Trauma Center. This position involves caring for a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include managing same-day surgeries, inpatient admissions, and observation patients. The Registered Nurse will follow ASPAN standards while providing pre- and post-operative care and assisting with various types of surgeries such as vascular, orthopedic, gynecology, and more.

Responsibilities

Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients.

Manage patient admissions and discharges efficiently.

Assist with various surgical procedures in coordination with the surgical team.

Ensure adherence to ASPAN standards in patient care.

Monitor and document patient outcomes and changes in condition.

Required Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience is required, preferably in a trauma or surgical environment.

Certifications / Licensure

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

ACLS certification.

BLS certification.

ARMS Staffing
