PTSMC is Connecticut's largest private-practice physical therapy provider, with 39 locations statewide (now including 2 new locations in Massachusetts!) Since 2000, President and physical therapist Alan Balavender has grown the company using a unique partnership model that empowers clinicians to own and operate their own practices-more than 20 have done so and counting.
