Certified Nursing AssistantWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.Responsibilities:Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistanceAssist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professionalMonitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff memberCommunicate with patients and families to provide education and supportCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatmentPerform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaningOther duties as assignedQualifications:Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aid certification preferredMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing AssistantCompassionate and patient demeanorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedulesAbility to lift and assist patients with mobility, as neededPerks:Competitive salaryPositive and supportive work environment
