Dental Hygienist - Same Day Pay

Associated Dental Care Bell is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 5905 West Bell Rd. Suite 6, Glendale, Arizona 85308

Work Schedule: Monday 7:45am-6pm, Tuesday 8:45am-6pm, Wednesday 7:45am-5pm, Thursday 7:45am-5pm. One Friday a month 8am‑2pm.

Four‑doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix. 60‑minute recall, 90‑minute new patient appointment. Bi‑weekly pay plus the ability to opt into daily pay. Opportunity to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. We provide Arestin, iTero, Velscope and CE coverage. Full‑time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO health care, paid holidays, 401(k), dental, vision, wellness benefits and more.

Minimum Qualifications

Current dental hygienist license in Arizona and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).

Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation.

CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems.

Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.

Clinical flexibility as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office, Doctor or Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.

Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.

All new hires for dental office positions must complete a tuberculosis (TB) test as part of the pre‑employment process. Not applicable in the states of FL & TN.
