As a Sous Chef, you will assist our Culinary Director in ensuring that every meal served meets our high standards for quality, taste, and presentation. Coordinate meal prep and serving times
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
Follow all food safety and infection control guidelines
Work collaboratively with the culinary team and Director to deliver an exceptional dining experience

Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!)
