Temporary Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service

Job Description J ob Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling communications, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment when necessary. Assist with other clerical and administrative duties as assigned. R equired Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service, receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a corporate, healthcare, manufacturing, or professional office environment. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment. Administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
