SERENITY BAY NURSING AND REHABILITATION NOW HIRING — CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) Full-Time & Part-Time All Shifts Available STARTING PAY: $16.77 PER HOUR + SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS Position Overview Serenity Bay Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. CNAs provide quality hands-on care while promoting dignity, safety, comfort, and independence for our residents.

CNA Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility as needed
Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and comfort
Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control practices
Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications Current CNA certification in the State of Florida
Ability to provide compassionate and respectful resident care
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
