JOB DESCRIPTION:**SUMMARY OF POSITIONA Behavior Analyst provides behavior intervention and treatment services to assigned caseload. Performs assessments, data collection and maintenance of appropriate documentation. Conducts training with caregivers (employees and families) in a variety of settings.Prepare for and develop individual, group, and community interventions for assigned caseload.• Assists client in developing an individualized treatment plan/behavior intervention plan (BIP), must be person centered, family centered, and service centered. Conducts intake for clients entering services, including explaining services, gathering information needed on intake materials, ensuring service recipient understands all forms, assuring signature on appropriate contracts and consents, and submitting materials for processing, as assigned.
