Remote Of Counsel Attorney

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a highly qualified California-licensed Counsel Attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group, with a focus on silica, asbestos and talc litigation. However, a remote work arrangement will also be considered.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic litigation practice handling all phases of complex matters, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of litigation experience.

Successful candidates will possess excellent written and oral advocacy skills, along with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and colleagues.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California and be in good standing.

Candidates must be willing to travel periodically for depositions, court appearances, and other proceedings, as necessary.

However, attorneys who are interested in pursuing partnership may become eligible for partnership consideration if they meet the Firm's partnership requirements.
