TDC is a residential facility located in Northwest Ohio. We support youth aged 10-17 and adults with developmental disabilities. We have a large rural campus which provides opportunities for our residents to be active in addition to being part of our community. Our direct care staff and nurses provide 24/7 care to the individuals who call TDC home. Checking residents per direct care staff concerns and post incident.

• 24-hour report, nursing notes, medication administration record and physician orders.
• Acts as a liaison with physicians by communicating medical concerns of residents with physicians and other medical consultants and then informing team members of treatment recommendations.
• Full-time position on 2 nd shift – 2:20PM to 10:50PM with ½ hour unpaid meal break
• 60 cent shift differential for any hours worked on 2 nd or 3 rd shifts

Note: Licensed Practical Nurses who administer dialysis treatment must possess Certification in IV Therapy pursuant to Section 4723.17 Ohio Revised Code.
