Full-Time Virtual Paralegal

Trademark & Copyright Paralegal (Hybrid - Seattle, WA)
LHH has partnered with a leading law firm is seeking an experienced Trademark & Copyright Paralegal to support a dynamic intellectual property team. This role offers a strong mix of hands‑on trademark work, client interaction, and long‑term career growth within a collaborative, supportive environment.
S. and international trademark filings , including applications, renewals, and maintenance
Conduct trademark searches and draft search reports
Assist with copyright applications
Prepare client communications, filings, and legal documentation
Support due diligence efforts, including trademark portfolio review and chain of title analysis
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Foundation IP)
Paralegal certificate and/or college degree
Hybrid schedule: onsite full-time for the first 60 days, then 2 remote days/week (based on performance)
Standard hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
Occasional overtime as needed
