Overnight Prep
The Villa Casa Casuarina
Gianni’s at the Villa Casa Casuarina in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced Salad Cook (Ensaladera) for a high-volume, fine-dining kitchen. This is not an entry-level role; the team handles 500–800 covers per night and requires speed, precision, and consistency at the salad station.
You will set up and maintain a fully stocked station, prepare salads and dressings, and support prep for services and large events while upholding HACCP standards and spotless mise en place.
