Shifts: Full-time, including 3 weekend shifts per scheduling period
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Kansas City, MO. This role involves working within a fast-paced cardiac telemetry unit equipped with advanced medical technologies. Nurses will be expected to float to areas within competency as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Provide care with a patient ratio of 1:4
Read and interpret EKGs and telemetry strips
Perform IV insertions, NGT placement and maintenance, and chest tube maintenance
Administer and titrate IV medication such as insulin, Cardizem, Cardene, and Amiodarone
Manage post cardiac procedural care (ablations, cardiac catheterizations, Post Op Day 1 Open Heart, permanent pacemaker placements)
Requirements of the Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Cardiac Telemetry or PCU/ICU experience
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
Experience with post cardiac procedural care
