Carpenter/Flooring Techs

We are looking for a reliable and talented Construction Carpenter to become a key member of our production staff. You will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and construction of structural and finish elements for our modular building systems within a factory setting.

Analyze building plans, sketches, or blueprints to establish project layouts, necessary dimensions, and material needs.

Build and join wood and metal framing structures for modular units.

Help maintain a high-quality finish by installing flooring, cabinetry, doors, drywall, ceiling tiles, and hardware.

Operate various power and hand tools to cut and shape construction materials.

Work alongside colleagues to help the team achieve collective production targets.

Verify that completed work adheres to our strict quality control benchmarks.

Support project completion and warranty work by traveling to various construction sites as needed.

Minimum of two years of professional experience in carpentry or general construction.

Proficiency in interpreting complex construction drawings and blueprints.

Hands-on experience operating standard power and manual construction tools.

Help ensure a safe working environment by maintaining the physical stamina required to lift 50-75 lbs throughout the shift.

Strong focus on precision and high-quality craftsmanship.

Flexibility to work across diverse environments, including manufacturing plants and outdoor job sites.

Willingness to travel to various project locations for extended durations when necessary.
