Part-Time 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Weekends may be required
PRN shifts are also available, so you can pick up when it works for you
Same Day Pay available
Active LPN license in good standing

• 1+ year of LPN experience in senior care
• Ability to pass a background check and follow our drug-free workplace policy
• Bonus points for electronic documentation experience

The Wellness Nurse supports the delivery of resident care and services in accordance with applicable regulations, accepted standards of nursing practice, and Allegro Living policies. This role provides clinical support, administers medications, monitors resident wellness, supports team member supervision, completes documentation, and communicates with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and outside providers.
The Wellness Nurse promotes a safe, supportive, resident-centered environment while helping ensure timely documentation, quality outcomes, and compliance with Company policies and state requirements. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, collaborative, and committed to serving seniors with professionalism and sound nursing judgment.
Provide daily supervision and guidance to assigned non-licensed team members and other designated personnel in meeting residents' needs.
Monitor resident wellness, identify changes in condition, and respond appropriately to medication needs or other circumstances requiring additional care.
Provide resident care in accordance with provider orders, regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, established standards, and Allegro Living policy.
Accurately administer prescribed medications and support the continuity of resident care.
Make work assignments, support team members, and help identify opportunities to improve resident care and services.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, team members, physicians, pharmacies, professional consultants, and third-party providers to support coordinated care.
Provide first aid as required and complete assigned duties in accordance with Company procedures.
Participate in required meetings and in-service training sessions, including Relias training, in accordance with state guidelines and Company requirements.
Support compliance with residents' rights requirements and report observed or suspected violations immediately.
Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the applicable state licensing agency, as required by state regulations.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a senior care setting preferred.
Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems preferred.
Experience supporting residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory impairment preferred.
You provide compassionate, professional care while using sound nursing judgment.
You communicate clearly with residents, families, team members, physicians, pharmacies, providers, and community leadership.
You stay organized, follow through on documentation, and help maintain compliance with Company policies and state requirements.
You support teamwork and accountability while modeling resident-centered care.
You balance daily resident needs with clinical, regulatory, documentation, and communication priorities.
