Qualifications:Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing RNCurrently licensed, and in good standing, with the Virginia State Board of NursingThorough and current knowledge of methods and practices of nursing careTwo years nursing experience, preferably in senior living, with demonstrated productivity achievement levelKnowledge of the principalities of management and leadershipEffectively communicate with residents, their families, and team membersWork every other weekend and some holidaysKnowledge and understanding of geriatric care and the aging process.We want you to be the best you can be – we can do this together with work/life integration, coaching, and opportunities to grow.
