Hospitality Restaurant Server

Servers Wanted At Romano's Macaroni GrillThe Servers role is to provide service at all times. This includes friendly and timely interaction with Guests and Team Members, suggestive selling, answering questions, taking and delivering the Guests order, cooperative service, and following up to ensure each Guest receives their correct food and/or drink order. Prior serving experience in a full service restaurant is preferred not requiredAbility to work positively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of timeAbility to assist guests and possess great guest relations skillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsEssential Duties:Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the Guest and delivering an exceptional dining experienceGuide Guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of our food and beveragesTake accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed Guests' expectations
