We're looking for a positive attitude every day – ready to contribute to the growth and direction of a dynamic small business.Job Description:Recruit top talent; match career goals with our clients' hiring needsDevelop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates using various job boards and networking toolsEvaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through our screening processBuild and develop your own talent pipelineMaintain relationships with Technical Professionals to gain industry knowledge and obtain referralsPrepare candidates for interviewsNegotiate compensation packagesQualifications:Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, but also as an integral part of a dispersed team that interacts virtuallyExperience with high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting in professional servicesCollege degree (military experience acceptable substitute)Sourcing, interviewing/screening and candidate management experienceAbility to manage multiple high priority searches simultaneously for a demanding client baseStrong written and verbal communication skills - the ability to interact with all levels of professionalsExperience working in a fast-paced environment - ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to changing priorities on a daily basisStrong organizational skillsEnthusiastic, energetic, persuasive, competitive, and out-going personalityExperience utilizing creative resources and techniques to source candidatesProficiency in the Microsoft suite, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
