Physical Therapist – Pediatric Home Health | San Antonio | Full-Time

If you’re a Physical Therapist who wants to make a meaningful difference in San Antonio , we’d love to meet you.
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized in‑home therapy for pediatric patients throughout San Antonio . You will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment strategies that help children meet mobility and developmental goals in a home‑health setting. Whether you’re looking for part‑time or full‑time, we offer a flexible schedule tailored to your availability and lifestyle.
Full‑Time: 25+ visits per week
Sign‑On Bonus
Sign‑on bonus for full‑time roles (paid after 180 days of employment): $3,000. Earn a sign‑on bonus based on your qualifications:
Full‑Time PT
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Track and document patient progress with accuracy and compliance.
Participate in evaluations, care planning, and discharge processes.
Maintain current knowledge of pediatric PT practices and healthcare regulations.
Make a direct impact in the lives of children and families.

Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges
