Oak View Group is seeking energetic and experienced Bartenders to provide top-tier service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is essential in delivering exceptional beverage service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $2.13 and is tip eligible.

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately while maintaining high presentation standards.

Process transactions efficiently using the venue's point-of-sale system while following cash-handling procedures.

Stock, clean, and maintain the bar area before, during, and after shifts to ensure a smooth operation.

Follow all responsible beverage service laws and venue policies, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption.

Work closely with barbacks, servers, and management to maintain seamless service throughout events.

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or event venue preferred.

Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Exceptional multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.

TABC, TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or other state-approved certification) before working any scheduled events.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with The Dome's event schedule.
