Physician - Family Medicine Full-Time

Doctor of Medicine - Family Practice (Dorchester, MA) CompHealth is hiring a family medicine or internal medicine physician for a full‑time outpatient practice in Dorchester, MA.
Compensation: $220,000 - $265,000 per year.
Shift: 5 days a week, 8 hours each day. Clinical hours: 32 per week, with 8 hours of administrative time. One Saturday per week (1:5 ratio).
Qualifications: Must be board certified or board eligible in family medicine or internal medicine. Must hold a high Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) score for loan repayment and licensing/training reimbursement.
Benefits: Relocation and sign‑on bonus. 25 days of paid time off (PTO) and 11 holidays.
