Customer Service Plumber

As a leading service provider in Montgomery County and Washington DC, we are committed to delivering exceptional plumbing services to our residential customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential properties.
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues to provide effective solutions.
Perform inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls in a timely manner.
Educate customers on plumbing systems, providing maintenance advice and guidance.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with team members and assist in training apprentices as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred.
Valid plumbing license as required by local regulations.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
