Performs tradesman level plumbing. Install, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water, gas, steam, medical gases, and waste systems) to prevent service disruption or patient safety risks.

Experience:
5+ years of recent Maintenance experience preferred. Healthcare Maintenance experience a plus. Proven experience in the plumbing industry or a certificate in plumbing is required for this position.
Education:
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties.
Licensures/Certifications:
Valid PA Driver's License.
Specialty certification or license may be required based on assignment.
