work cohesively to provide quality patient-centered care. The WelbeHealth Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is an integral part of the IDT,

collaborating with other members of the Rehabilitation team to implement care

plans and provide direct care to participants. Therapist, the PTA provides restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy

independence, safety, and to develop or restore function.

PTA associate’s degree from an accredited program

• Valid PTA license, or proof of license eligibility
• PTA knowledge necessary to treat frail, elderly participants with complex

We are seeking PTAs that ideally have outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled
