You'll assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with other team members and managers to drive business success. Your focus is on creating a seamless customer experience with a spirit of collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.

Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.

Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.

Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

Are at least 18 years old.

Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Hourly Range: $18.70 - $21.75 At J.Crew Group (JCG) we aim to pay competitively for our company’s size and industry. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
