CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer who brings technical expertise, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for precision manufacturing. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization where innovation, efficiency, and quality are key drivers of success.

The CNC Programmer will play a critical role in developing and optimizing programs, supporting design initiatives, and ensuring high‑quality production standards. In addition, this individual will collaborate closely with the CNC and CAD teams to enhance workflows, improve processes, and support the overall success of operations.

Program and manage CNC machines

Perform maintenance and preventive care on CNC machine

Produce accurate designs using Autocad and Router‑CIM

Optimize cost, quality, manufacturability, delivery, and functions of designs.

Conceptual skills and Process Improvement

Inventory Control

Advanced computer proficiency

Competency with latest version of AutoCAD and 3D Modeling.

Competency with Autodesk Inventor and McNeel Rhino a plus

Capable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast‑paced environment.
