Pre-Tax Saving Accounts

Prepares raw material, trimming to customer specifications, to be cut for orders.

Works with supervisors and production managers to schedule production.

Uses knives, cleavers or other equipment to perform trimming.

Weighs meats and tag containers for weight and contents.

Reduces processing costs but cutting and sizing portions accurately with good yields as well as meeting customer specs.

Must have working knowledge of production equipment.

Demonstrated ability to trim various cuts of Beef, Pork, Lamb and Veal in an accurate and timely manner.

Follows company’s Quality Control procedures.

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in English.
