Head of Total Rewards - remote

Frontline Source Group

Our client in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a remote Benefits Coordinator. This 3-month contract position will support employee benefits programs, handle inquiries, and work on process improvements. Must have experience in benefits administration and strong Excel skills. The client may consider contract to hire. Benefits Coordinator Role

The Benefits Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day benefits operations across a distributed workforce. This Benefits Coordinator position is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in benefits administration who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Provide daily support for employee benefits programs, including Health & Welfare and Retirement plans

Utilize Excel to manage, track, and analyze benefits data (including pivot tables and lookups)

Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within benefits systems

Support ongoing benefits‑related projects and process improvements

Benefits Coordinator Background Profile

3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR support, or a related field

Basic knowledge of Health & Welfare and Retirement plans (401k/403b)

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting
