Project Engineer

A Santa Clara-based general contractor specializing in healthcare and higher education construction across California and Arizona is seeking a Project Engineer with 3–5 years of experience. The ideal candidate has a background in construction management or engineering and is proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Support project managers and superintendents throughout preconstruction and construction

Write and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs

Attend and document project meetings (OAC, coordination, etc.)

Help with bidding, monthly billing, closeouts, and project scheduling

Maintain photo logs, punch lists, and municipal permits

Provide support in jobsite visits and material tracking

Follow filing protocols and document control procedures

3–5 years of experience in construction (healthcare or education preferred)

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
• Bilingual in Spanish or another language
