Dental Health Hygienist
FINITETEK INC
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a busy, well-established pediatric dental practice .
The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable providing quality dental care to pediatric and special-needs patients.
What You'll Do
Perform dental prophylaxis and preventive care.
Conduct patient screening and assess oral health conditions.
Perform oral cancer screenings and head & neck inspections.
Complete accurate dental charting and documentation.
Take and process digital dental radiographs.
Use Cavitron/ultrasonic equipment appropriately.
Follow practice protocols for quality assurance, infection control, biohazard safety, and referrals.
Provide a positive and comfortable experience for children and families.
Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and the office team.
Provide compassionate care for patients with special needs.
Requirements
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required.
Strong clinical hygiene skills.
Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry preferred.
Comfortable working with children and special-needs patients.
Experience with digital radiographs .
Proficient with Cavitron/ultrasonic scaling .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependable, energetic, and team-oriented.
Excellent attention to detail and patient-care skills.
Must be able to work full-day shifts.
Schedule
Schedule is 3-4 days per week.
Office hours include:
Monday-Thursday: 7:45 AM-5:15 PM
Friday: 6:45 AM-3:45 PM
